1. Booking and Payment

  • Direct Booking: All bookings made via our Sirvoy engine are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
  • Currency: All rates are quoted and charged in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
  • Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in unless accompanied by an adult.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Standard Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, or “No-Shows,” will be charged the cost of the first night’s stay.
  • Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused portions of a booking.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: From 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later, please notify us in advance.
  • Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees based on availability.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₱1,000 (Cash) is required upon check-in. This will be returned in full upon check-out, provided no damages or losses have occurred.

4. House Rules

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas.
  • Outside Food & Drink: To support our local kitchen and maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask that you do not bring outside food or alcoholic beverages into the resort.
  • Quiet Hours: To ensure all guests have a restful stay, please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

5. Liability and Damages

  • Personal Property: The Escape San Juan is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. We recommend using the provided storage or keeping valuables with you.
  • Guest Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, furniture, or resort property during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the guest.
